U.S. Senate Campaign

In my role as Out-of-State Director, I wrote many forms of communication to various audiences. I digitally recruited and managed over 11,000 volunteers of all ages and backgrounds across four time zones during a global pandemic; created and executed training programs for said volunteers, many of whom were new to Zoom at the time; and maintained communication with both my campaign team (to make sure our overall goals were met) and with the team of volunteers I built throughout the program. In order to effectively communicate with this many people, I utilized MailChimp, ThruText, an individual email and info email account, Zoom, Mobilize, multiple personal social media accounts, and a Google phone number given out to any volunteer who needed more direct communication. 

My MailChimp communication maintained a reliable 15-20% open rate for a growing 5,000+ email list and was used for 1-3 emails per week.
